In 2007 the Mondul Coffee Estates were acquired by a group of shareholders. Since then, the company’s policy has been to embrace traditional methods whilst adopting modern practices. To achieve a sustainable and productive farm, new machines were acquired, the factories were rebuilt and the houses for our staff and their families were renovated.

Our guiding principles and highest priority are sustainability, fairness and a respect for our natural resources. Two natural springs feed our environmentally friendly factory, processing the coffees; use biodegradable substances wherever possible and offer fair conditions of employment to all our employees.
